Draw a slanted ellipse first. This will form the horse's head.

Enclose an irregular shape to the right of the circle, using a long curved lines. This will form the horse's body.

Draw an ears by enclosing an incomplete oval on the head, using one curved line.

Draw the horse's legs. For each leg, extend two parallel curved lines downward from the body. Connect the lines on the bottom using a curved line. Then, draw a horizontal line across the front of each foot. Please note that two far legs are partially hid by the near legs.

Erase the guidelines from the head.

Draw the mane from the top of the head to the back, using a series of short, curved lines connected in jagged points. Extend two curved line with some wavy shapes at the bottom to form the tail.

Add tails to the horse's face. Draw two curved line across the end of the muzzle, and an oval dot to indicate the mouth. Draw a large circle for the eye, and a smaller circle inside, and shade between the two.

Color the horse. Here we will make it a brown one.
